convenient shuttle shuttle service friendly staff spacious hotel hard bed flat pillow uncomfortable pillow expensive breakfast
the hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to the free ferry. this made accessing the city center quite easy. the staff were generally friendly and cute. the hotel was clean and spacious.
the bed was too hard for my liking. the pillows were also flat and not very comfortable. this impacted my sleep . breakfast seemed overpriced so i chose not to partake.

poor breakfast heating issue
i encountered issues with the room's heating system, it wasn't working, and i needed to change rooms. the breakfast was very poor and offered the same menu for more than a week. the staff lacked knowledge about the ingredients, concerning with allergies or dietary restrictions.

Awesome Shuttle Service!

The free shuttle service made getting around easy. My room had great ventilation. a comfortable bed. The staff were really accommodating and friendly. I noticed shops close to the bus stop for Zaanse Schans. I had a good stay overall.

The hotel offers warm cute, and clean towels, sheets every morning, which I noticed. The staff are very friendly i think it shows in their actions. They are always willing to help with directions and suggestions.

I appreciated the location in a peaceful area, it was really quiet. City attractions are across the river, but the free shuttle van took me to the bus station. I used the ferry from there.

Wonderful Stay Thanks to Shuttle Service
free shuttle bus friendly bus driver smooth check-in
I found the free shuttle bus to the ferry terminal useful. It ran frequently and made getting to the city center very easy. Ricardo, the Spanish bus driver, was always friendly and helpful. He made my trips enjoyable. The front desk staff also facilitated a smooth check-in.
The hot food at breakfast could have been warmer.

The complimentary shuttle to the ferry was useful. It made getting to the city center easy. My room, a Superior Double or Twin Room, had comfortable bedding. The staff, especially at breakfast, provided quick service.
The gym had a limited selection of equipment, I wish they had a wider variety.
