The free shuttle service made getting around easy. My room had great ventilation. a comfortable bed. The staff were really accommodating and friendly. I noticed shops close to the bus stop for Zaanse Schans. I had a good stay overall.

The hotel offers warm cute, and clean towels, sheets every morning, which I noticed. The staff are very friendly i think it shows in their actions. They are always willing to help with directions and suggestions.

I found the free shuttle bus to the ferry terminal useful. It ran frequently and made getting to the city center very easy. Ricardo, the Spanish bus driver, was always friendly and helpful. He made my trips enjoyable. The front desk staff also facilitated a smooth check-in.
The hot food at breakfast could have been warmer.

The complimentary shuttle to the ferry was useful. It made getting to the city center easy. My room, a Superior Double or Twin Room, had comfortable bedding. The staff, especially at breakfast, provided quick service.
The gym had a limited selection of equipment, I wish they had a wider variety.
